General FAQs

To place an order, please click “Login / Register” to access your account. You can also order without creating an account; however, you won’t be able to create a wishlist, view your delivery address history, or check your order history.

Steps to Place an Order:

1. Select the items and add them to your shopping cart.
2. Click “Checkout” at the bottom of the shopping cart.
3. Review your shopping cart and choose your delivery and payment methods.
4. Click “Proceed to Checkout.“
5. Fill in your personal information, shipping address, and complete the payment. Alternatively, you can log in to your account, where your shipping information is saved.
   *Order confirmation emails and order-related communication will be sent to the email address you provide. Please ensure it is valid.*
6. Click “Place Order” to complete the transaction. 
7. Once your order is verified, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Note:
If you do not receive the “Order Confirmation” email within 3 hours, please email us at souvenirs@cuhk.edu.hk for inquiries.

If you are interested in purchasing any of our products in bulk, please email us at souvenirs@cuhk.edu.hk .

If you see something you’d like to purchase later, you can save it to your Wishlist after logging into your account: 

1. Click  Add to Wishlist.
2. Click on the Wishlist icon in the upper right corner to view your saved items.

Log into your account to track the status of your order.
