Shipping & Delivery

Pick Up Service

  • You can pick up your online order at the Souvenir Counter (G/F, John Fulton Centre, CUHK).
  • You will be notified when your order is ready. Please show your order confirmation email to the Sales Associate.
  • If you do not collect your order within 14 days after receiving notification, your order will be cancelled automatically. No refunds will be provided for cancellations under this circumstance.

Hong Kong Shipping

  • Local parcels will be sent via SF Express. Delivery costs are charged directly by SF Express upon collection.
  • Products will be dispatched to the courier company within 7 working days. Please monitor the tracking information for updates.
  • For further inquiries regarding your order, please contact us via email with your purchase order number.

International Shipping

  • For shipments outside of Hong Kong, please contact us at souvenirs@cuhk.edu.hk.
  • Shipping fee must be paid before delivery. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes; please check with your local customs office for current charges. Orders cannot be canceled due to customs fees.
  • If the recipient cannot be reached at the time of delivery, or if the package is returned, no refunds will be issued.
  • CUHK Communications and Public Relations Office is not responsible for any loss or damage to products during delivery by couriers.
